Associate Director of Corporate Affairs at University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation TrustPhil has worked in the NHS since 1999, first in general management with the ambulance service, before joining UHMBT in 2008. Phil lives with his family in Lancashire, and spends much of his spare time cycling or walking his dog.
Phil has an MA in Marketing and is experienced in strategic marketing planning, branding, corporate communications, public engagement, business development and customer insight built up over 20 years, split between the private and public sector.
